Overview
An one-off NPS survey task allows you to create specific actions for each feedback received in an NPS survey, assigning them to a person responsible. This functionality ensures that each customer comment or suggestion is handled in an organized manner, promoting continuous improvements in customer service and services offered.
Accessing survey tasks
To access the tasks associated with an NPS survey response, go to the Analytics page of the One-off NPS campaign. Then, locate and click on the desired response in the “Answers” table.
Viewing survey tasks
When you click on an answer in the “Answers” table, a side window will open with the answer details.
Still in the side window, you will find two tabs: “NPS Review” and “Tasks”. To view the tasks associated with a response, click on the “Tasks” tab.
In this tab, you will see a list of tasks related to the answer, including the task name, the person responsible (with avatar, if applicable) and the due date.
Note:
You can also see all your tasks in the "My Tasks" area. For more information on this, check this article.
Creating a new task
To add a new task, click on the “+ Add New Task” button. A form will be displayed for you to fill in the information regarding the task.
The mandatory fields “Name”, “Due Date”, “Description” and “Assigned to” must be filled in to enable the “Save” button. Once completed, click “Save” to create the new task. The task list will be updated automatically.
Note:
When you create a task, an email notification is sent to the person responsible for the task informing them that there is a new task registered for them.
Editing a task
To edit an existing task, click on the desired task within the listing. The editing form will open.
After making the necessary changes, make sure to click “Save”.
Marking a task as complete
To mark a task as completed, select the checkbox to the left of the task name in the list. To undo the action, simply click on the checkbox again.
