2 simple survey template examples that get results
Below are some examples of best practice templates to follow that get great results. You might be surprised because they are so simple, but sometimes less is more:
- The below image is from Path Forward, a Rockstar MSP that receives high conversion rate on their feedback using the below template example:
In the subject, they use tokens to add the ticket number, ticket summary, and ticket status.
In the body of the email, they simply ask to "rate the service you received on this ticket". That's it!
Because there is limited information, there is less distraction and more conversion.
- The below image is the template that we use at Crewhu:
In the subject, We identify the email as a Crewhu ticket notification, the ticket status, and the ticket summary.
The body includes the ticket number and advises on how to reopen the ticket if necessary. Then we simply ask how we did.
Again a very simple and straight-forward message asking for one thing, our clients feedback.
