Purpose
Crewhu metrics are based on internal activity that will be updated and rewarded automatically.
In this article, you will find our current three automated metrics that can be used to create a KPI and then a contest to help reward or correct a specific behavior.
You can create a contest based on a single metric or create personalized Scores combining more than one metric. Click the link to learn more about Scores and Contests.

Survey
- Positive Ratings
# of positive ratings received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Neutral Ratings
# of neutral ratings received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Bad Ratings
# of bad ratings received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Positive Rating with Comments
# of positive ratings with written feedback received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe

Badge
- Badges Given
# of badges given by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Peer Badges Received
# of peer-level badges received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Manager Badges Received
# of manager level badges received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Executive Badges Received
# of executive-level badges received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Unique Users that award a badge
# of unique givers of the badges (all levels) received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Unique badges received
# of unique badges (all levels) received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe - Specific Badge Received
# of a specific badge, selected from the badges list, received by the contestant on the chosen timeframe

Contest results
- Goals Achieved
# of contests' goals achieved by the contestant on the chosen timeframe, regardless of the user's final position on the contests - Contests Won
# of contests effectively won by the contestant on the chosen timeframe measured by rewarded goal-based contests

NPS Metrics for Contests_
- Number of Promoters
# of promoter users that answered the NPS survey (rate 9 and 10) - Number of Passives
# of passive users that answered the NPS survey (rate 7 and 8) - Number of Detractors
# of detractors users that answered the NPS survey (rate 0 to 6) - Number of Promoters with Comments
# of promoter users that answered the NPS survey with a comment
