Learn how to create contests to keep your crew engaged and to track performance metrics that are important to your business.
Below are two examples of contests using the new Crewhu Metrics: 'Positive Ratings with Comments' and 'Specific Badges Received'.
Positive Survey ratings are great but written feedback not only brings valuable additional information but can also be automatically published on your website to increase organic search with SEO. Crewhu created the new metric 'Positive Ratings with Comments' to recognize and reward the employees that received written feedback from clients. Click on Testimonial Feed to learn how to publish client's testimonials automatically to boost your SEO and your credibility and to help you grow your business.
Peer badges help to break down the silos and to enhance the collaboration culture. They give visibility to those small daily wins that help us move towards the big goals. However, it is common to create special badges that not only align the team with your core values but also represent something special, maybe a big win, a special date or event, or even a badge for living all core values on a daily basis. Crewhu created the metric 'Specific Badges Received' so you can choose 1 or more special badges that will give more points to the employees that reach their goals.
Also, learn how to combine 2 or more Crewhu Metrics to create your own personalized company score.
